BE A PART OF THE VARIETY SHOW STAGE CREW! The following are behind the scenes positions for 5th grade students:

BACKSTAGE MANAGERS (2):
-keep the backstage area quiet
-keep the act line up in order and running smoothly
-”runners” who get acts lined up and locate missing acts during show
-set up the waiting areas backstage
-must be present at all rehearsals and show
PROP MANAGERS (2):
-will be familiar with the act line-up
-make sure all props are lined up
-ready on sides of stage
-runs on and off stage changing props as necessary during rehearsals and show
-must be present at all rehearsals and show
MC MANAGER (1):
-help the MCs backstage
-must be present at all rehearsals and show
CONCESSION ASSISTANTS (5):
-set up and organization
-help run the concession stand before and during the show
-must be present at the show
